I have family close to Betsy lane.We come down every summer to our family reunion at the lodge in prestonsburg. That stretch of road there is very dark at night no lighting at all. I am 21 year veteran of the Detroit Fire Dept Local 344 , stay safe all!!

Wow... By the way the driver was a girl, and a teenager because I know her. She was being reckless and speeding. She has also hit plenty of other things. She did get of scott free when she should have had her liscence taken away. Because of her recklessness the officer almost lost his life, and because of her stupidty is probably damaged for life. I also live not 10-15 minutes away from there.

Maybe I'm blind, but I watched this 3 times, and still never saw the accident. BTW, how do you know that the driver "got off scott free"? Or that it was a teenage driver, even? I couldn't get that (or anything else, really) from this video. If it was just an accident, and the driver wasn't under the influence, why would you want prosecution?

the driver was speeding therefor in error. i said nothing about prosecution, but a citation would have been just.

let who go? and if your meaning the teenage driver 1) why would you assume its a female 2) why should a person be able to this with not even a citation?
