I'm all for helping people but does anyone else feel that Extreme Makoever Home Edition seems plastic and phoney at times? Specially Ty Penningong pretending to care. It's like they only care about ratings for the show while tooting their own horn. I've heard of lots of companies and people who donate money and time to helping people but don't go standing on a soap box praising themselves.

for most of my videos I used "Power Director 3", but for my 2 most recent, I used Final Cut Express and that is on the Mac computers

When you think of it, my videos are all spoofs

Spoofs of the news, spoofs of soap operas, extreme makeover audition tapes, commercials, movie trailers, and some videos are just exaggerated every-day life scenerios (Typical day at Ryans house)

If you really want to know how to make good movies, just think of something that can be made fun of

I've always wanted to spoof a local car commercial

You just need good ideas, good actors (I struggle with that), and god editing

I think its great the way it is. If you start adding dramatic music you lose the feeling of a real family sending in their own video, ending up with something over produced and not as funny. But I also agree that it would be funny to see ABC's reaction to this!
