  • idk why they would let him leave. He had the second rated show on cable news.

  • long winded as always

  • goodbye idiot

  • not sure why the whole network isn't liquidated yet.

  • If you are going to ask a leading question to try to put a person into a corner, you might actually have a leg to stand on. You don't. I never said the conflict in Libya is cool. I never said it was ok. And to compare that conflict to the 2 wars George Bush Jr got us involved in, a mess we are still trying to clean up, is like comparing the vietnam war to grenada. 10 plus years in Iraq and we are still cleaning up the mess left behind by the previous administration.

  • Hey, typos happen to everyone now and then. Some of us more than others. LOL. Thanks for the correction. :)

  • @AcceptNoLies Why is it O.K. all the sudden that war is cool? Only a war started by a lib is sanctioned .LOL.

  • Get a life you right wing Jerk! Debate what? How much of a Moron you are! Your like a nagging broad! Quit while your behind!

  • you did not resign from ESPN. when its a real resignation the company usually lets you have your say and security isn't called to escort you out. Like this moment they just told you hey resign or be FIRED...If you had said hey a month from now i have decided to not keep my contract with MSNBC then it would have looked like you had a say. so if you cant even tell the truth about your own situation. makes you wonder what else you weren't telling the truth about.

  • Well, a week has passed without me having to correct some poorly constructed rebuttal or an outright lie. It is a shame that a good debate could not come out of all this. I was hoping someone could come up with a well composed argument on the behalf of those who have issues with Keith. Heck. I can right now. He stooped to calling his adversaries names far to often. Stick with the facts and leave the name calling to the kids on the playground. See. That was easy. Accept No Lies.

  • Liars are not to be hated. They are to be pitied. Especially the lot that usually comment here. They pretend to have facts. And when confronted with the actual truth they either ignore that truth, come up with new lies that are easily shot down, or stop to childish insults in hopes that can win the argument when they have already lost. This is just a though for everyone to think on. Liars will very often resort to childish tactics when they lose. Name calling being one. Accept No Lies.

  • @AcceptNoLies This just a THOUGHT.

  • Where are all you Olbermann bitches who called me all kinds on names when I told you that this guy would eventually burn bridges and be sacked. Just like he did in ESPN. ESPN had a reunion and only 1 guy was not invited. Where are all you bitches now.

  • Sorry. I should not have even brought that last comment towards me up. Just more wasted breath. That has been proven more than once.

  • Comment removed

  • Oh, I suppose I could respond to the bull about having double standards. But, since that has been responded to several times, including apologizing for over stating the "haters" comment, why should I need to do that again. I don't. All the things that I had to correct never were retracted or an apology was never made by the offender. Makes one wonder.

  • @AcceptNoLies Yes us "Haters" have a lot of nerve. Imagine that, we hate liars and there was Keith Olbermann. I guess the new owners don't care much for liars either. That's why they streamlined his ass!

  • Things have died down in the comment for the most part. I guess I could spend time correcting the 2nd to last comment toward me. But, I would be just likely wasting my breath as the person will just come back with another poorly constructed response that is full of as many holes as the last response. I see the hateful comments haven't stopped though.

  • this man should be president

  • No wonder Liberals are so fucking stupid they watch MSNBC and this douchebag.

  • @ChrisHill991 Now, you can't call him a douchebag; he's an enema bag.

  • Comment removed

  • Axeman's assertion is correct. Olbermann's duplicity caught up with him.

  • MSNBC lost a lot when he left.

  • I am sure no one from either side of the fired/quit argument will like the fact that I am not choosing a side here. But, until some concrete statements come from either Mr. Olbermann or MSNBC, I feel I am taking the prudent position of waiting for the truth to come out. Accept No Lies.

  • I think both scenarios are possible. I lean toward the former as his inflammatory commentary seemed to be pushing the envelope. The inflammatory commentary was on of the larger issues that I had with his show. I would have preferred that he stick to stating the factual errors and desist with the name calling. I don't condone such tactics although I am not immune to getting frustrated enough to do so at times. No one is perfect. But, he used that tactic far to often for my liking. Continued...

  • I figure it is about time I weigh in on this whole Fired/Quit issue. So, far the information provided is far to incomplete to come to a conclusion. I, although some will not believe, lean towards believing the possibility that he was asked to resign his employment with MSNBC. Although, I am also entertaining the belief that he stepped down because he felt that he would no longer be able to voice his opinions as freely as he had in the past. Continued.

  • So concludes my involvement with a person who never wanted to know the truth but, only wanted to accept the spoon fed, many times, unreliable information, that he/she regurgitated. What could have been a proper and meaningful discourse ended up turning into a battle of facts vs speculation, inflammatory and unfounded accusations that ultimately degenerated into not much more than name calling by him/her. Enough is Enough of his/her nonsense. Time to move on. Accept No Lies

  • I could, in detail, point yet again the fact that my opponent, having lost the battle of minds, is yet again resorting to childish name calling as if that somehow makes him/her right. Again, I will just shake my head. I could, in detail, point out again the numerous times he/she has been caught in out right fabrications. But, that would just be beating a dead horse. In the end, responding to him/her, is no longer worth the effort that I am expending. Continued...

  • I suppose I could answer to the claim that I have lots of time to burn with the fact that I knew 63% was correct from earlier research so it did not expend hardly any time to reverify what I already knew. Instead I will just shake my head. For someone to imply because they are to busy working that one should excuse them for not getting facts straight is, frankly, very sad. How can you argue against someone who is willing to stay ignorant of the facts. Continued.

  • FIRED ! Like he was at ESPN ! BOO-YAH !!!!!

  • People were no longer accepting Olbermann's lies, so he got FIRED !!!!!

  • You can catch him on something called current tv, it has 23 viewers. Hahahahaha ! it is Al Gore's channel, Olby is going to help him find global warming. Hahahahaha !!

  • @axeman196822 Actually the broadcasters admit that he resigned no so no matter if he was told that is the last show or not, facts are facts that YOU NEVER SERVED OUR GREAT NATION,and your mental illness proves it. I however served with honor and distinction. You can run, but you can't hide from your ingratitude to our soldiers. LADIES AND GENTLEMAN axeman virtually SPIT on my service to my country on other channels. Now, whether you're on the left or the right surely he deserves to be disgraced.

  • @imaginativelads Imaginativelads is a disgrace, he tries to get recognition as some military hero, when he NEVER SERVED. God bless our military and this great nation.

  • @imaginativelads That's HILARIOUS !!! So, by your logic, even though he was FIRED, it's still up to him to decide he was fired or resigned ? That's GREAT ! Hahaha, left wing loonies keep coming up with the best shit !! Never a dull moment with you morons. Thanks, you are great entertainment, like watching a good cartoon.

  • He didn't get to resign. He got FIRED !!!

  • @axeman196822 Nope, facts are on our side, he resigned. Looks like . . . you lose again, but then again axeman with your mental illness, you always lose.

  • @imaginativelads He ends his last show "I have just been told that this is the last episode of this show". Yep, he resigned, right after he got FIRED !!!!!!!!!! Hahahahaha truth is a bitch sometimes huh ?

  • he pees under his desk and a poor mexican lady cleans it up MICHEAL SAVAGE RULES

  • @blacksamcooke

    Conservative or Liberal?

  • fuck off you cunt. Eat shit and die

  • Olbermann knew his own credibility was on the decline. It's easier for cowards like him to either leave or negotiate an exit rather than to face the same dupes who were beginning to discover that he had been misleading them for the better part of a decade.

Educated people recognize the form of Olbermann's departure as a validation of most of the criticism which has been leveled against him heretofore.

Words in his defense at this point are sour grapes.

  • @logansGT Personal attacks are a sign of desperation, when you can't disprove my statement. In essence it admits its validity

  • @IBleedGore

    You couldn't be more correct!

And if personal attacks are a sign of desperation, then Keith Olbermann is the most desperate person in his business.

  • fuck this asshole. If he never shows his face on TV again we will all be better off.

  • Oh, btw, drop the checker board and pick up a chess board.

  • Another dull, miserable liberal flushed down the toilet.

  • the 26 people who disliked, do they hate Keith or do they hate that hes resigning haha

  • I got past it long ago. The big question is have you.

  • @Accept No Lies As I expected, self glorification. Have you no humility? Way atop the pedestal you preach from it is evident to me that you are nothing more than a self proclaimed conqueror of intellect. I view that as one of the worlds biggest liars. The big question is do you have the courage to admit your self imposed status as it exposes you to be the phony you are.

  • Wow. More and more you make the case for me about what I reiterated earlier. It is truly amazing how you can a square peg and jam it into a circle hole and expect it to fit. I say I have risen above the infinity of human stupidity and some how you turn that into me making myself into "self proclaimed conqueror of Intellect". I claimed I am not stupid as you comment, using Einstein's quote, is likely trying to suggest. And I posed the question to you if you had. Nothing more, nothing less.

  • @hawkerdoo Now if you took time to try to understand the quote, one might interpret it to mean this. Humanity humanity knows so little of the universe around them. Even in this day and age we lack the intelligence to understand so much still of the universe around us. That lack of intelligence is the definition of stupidity. So, human stupidity may in fact be infinite. But, I doubt that is the stupidity you were trying to place on my shoulders.

  • @Accept No Lies He uttered those words just after the nuclear bomb test to describe the stupidity of humans. If you bother to find the reason of a quote you could avoid looking dumb. Here's one from Einstein that suits you a little better.

"Whoever undertakes to set himself up as a judge of Truth and Knowledge is shipwrecked by the laughter of the Gods".

Please find it in yourself to come down from the imaginary hill you have placed yourself on.

  • Actually, I looked for the context in which that quote was stated. I found to sources that contradicted one another. Since I have yet to be able to confirm the validity of either I cannot comment about the context and can only speculate about it's meaning. That does not make me look dumb. Just that I lacked information. And I don't judge the truth. The truth simply is. The only imaginary hill is the one you are looking at now. I am on solid ground.

  • You should run with that comment Tamp. The part about "as did all other stations". Fox is at least as guilty of lying as are all the others stations. If you believe otherwise then you are the one accepting lies.

  • @AcceptNoLies When you say "as guilty" I don't remember MSNBC reporting about back room deals. I don't remember them reporting SEIU thugs intimidating and assaulting people at Town Hall meetings, I don't remember them Reporting Van Jones racist, vulgar filled communist speech or him admitting Obama knew he was a communist. Nor did I hear them report that Anita Dunn's hero was Mao ZeDung, Nor did I hear them report that 70% of the country was against ObamaCare, etc. It appears you do accept lies

  • @TAMPADOC64 Hmmm. If you would do a search on youtube you would find that MSNBC had weighed in on the Van Jones controversy. And the also weighed in on the speech given be Anita Dunn. On the issue of the Health Care reform bill, you would have to site a specific poll that you got that number from. I checked Gallup and Rasmussen. Gallups numbers showed 46% favor a repeal and 40% oppose it with 14% not sure. Rasmussen numbers at that same time were 54% for repeal and 40% opposed. Continued...

  • @AcceptNoLies I was reffering to the polls taken at the time when Most Americans didn't want it passed. They have shifted recently but still the majority of Americans Want this repealed, and if they actually read it and understood it, we'd be back up to the 70% numbers.

  • @TAMPADOC64 Until you are willing to site a specific source and date of the actual poll numbers you are referring too concerning the health care bill, I will leave you with this data. March 18th, 2010 Fox news Poll: 55% disapproval of the health care bill. March 21st 2010 Rasmussen Poll: 54% disapproval. March 25, 2010 54% disapproval. April 2, 2010 (after bills passage) Rasmussen Poll: 54% in favor of repeal. I have yet come across #s reflecting your assertion. Before / after the bill passed

  • @AcceptNoLies The difference between you and I is simple, I'm not a troll. I work for a living, I run a corporation and don't have all day to look stuff up. If it's that important to you however, I will; at my convienience. If your memory is that bad or that selective, that is not my fault, its your issue.

  • @TAMPADOC64 The difference between you and I is that I took the time to do research. You can make all the silly assumptions you want about my employment status and boast about yours. That is meaningless. You open your mouth without proper information and nicely place your foot in there. The air of superiority that you attempt to maintain is nothing but a facade. My memory is not bad not is it selective. I build me case on verifiable evidence not on fluff and accusations.

  • @AcceptNoLies The difference between you and I is you have the time to do research Troll! Look up May 24th Rasmussen. The only fluff is between you ears. Obviously your bias is obvious and your inability to tell the truth is even more obvious. Why you lefty have to play charades about who you are is all the evidence an honest person would need about you integrity, ethics, morals principles and your intent.. At the least own up to who and what you are.

  • @TAMPADOC64 The Rasmussen Article May 24th, 2010 (May 22 - 23 data) shows 63% In favor of repeal and 32 against. Not the 70% you claimed. You really do need to read the data. Worse, your previous comment "I was reffering to the polls taken at the time when Most Americans DIDN'T want it passed." suggests poll data from a time before the bill was passed. That would not include the poll data from May 24th. Even if it did include that data your 70% assertion is incorrect. Continued....

  • @AcceptNoLies Man have you got time to burn. You must be either a union employee, governemnt employee, or a welfare bum. Once again, I don't have the TIME like you do, I have a company to run. Taxes to pay so that you get your cut from the government. So if it had been 69% you'd still be whining like a little girl becuase I quoted something from memory and wasn't 100%? What does it matter, you're defending something illegal anyway.

  • @TAMPADOC64 Fact is you claimed 70% and have not shown poll data to support that claim. You suggested that that the 70% claim was from a time before the bill passed yet you used data from after the bill passed to support your claim. I provided data from a little before and after it was passed. And then took the poll you referenced as your proof and showed that it was 63% not 70%. Continued.....

  • @TAMPADOC64 The fluff sits squarely on your shoulders. As does you apparent bias and inability or unwillingness to admit your 70% claim is absolutely false. Especially if you use it in the context of the word "didn't" as in past tense. Meaning before the bill was passed when the poll numbers where in the mid 50% range. This puts your "integrity, ethics, moral principles and your intent." into question. Not mine.

  • @AcceptNoLies Liberals had to lie about what's in it, they had to fake CBO number, write the bill ambiguously to hide its true intentions, unethical back room deals, unions bribes by giving them an opt out, get votes by allowing whole states to opt out, and all of this against the will of the people and Constitution. So you are supporting a law that was passed by the slimiest methods that is illegal and unConstituional and you're questioning my integrity, ethics, moral principles and my intent?

  • @TAMPADOC64 Concerning the SEIU issue. I did find one video that speaks in reference to an "heated town hall meeting" That may or may not be referring to what you are talking about. But, since you did not point out a specific incident, I can not say that video I viewed is in reference to particular story you are mentioning. Going back to Health Care Reform, I am positive there were poll numbers mentioned by MSNBC. More than once.

  • @AcceptNoLies I was at the Kathy Castor meeting where SEIU thugs pushed around 70yr olds. It was as classy as your messiah telling Hispanics that Republicans are their enemies and to bring a gun. It was a disgrace that Castor had the SEIU people bussed in to take up meeting seats so that few of her constituents could sit in the meeting

Back to Anita Dunn and Commy Jones, MSNBC only reported AFTER it was all over the news, just like the other networks so they didn't look like they missed it.

  • @TAMPADOC64 Let's get this straight. Any violence against another human being, regardless of age, is unacceptable behavior in a civilized society. As far as the bussing issue. Both sides have been guilty of trying to intimidate their opposition. Some subtle. Others quite overt and, sadly, sometimes violently. It is a sad state of affairs when this kind of behavior is used. I have never nor will never condone such practices.

  • @AcceptNoLies You have condoned such behavior. Keith Oberman covered up the behavior and you supported him doing this. If that isn't condoning I don't know what is. You shouldhave been outraged that he and his network attempted to cover up such outragous behavior.

  • @TAMPADOC64 Please desist in attempting to spread any more lies. Frankly it's getting old having to point them out or make corrections about your faulty information. Like when you said in reference to watching Beck & Rush "... videos, your leftist ilk do nothing BUT use vulgarities and wish horrible death on them. Actually that is not faulty information. It's just a flat out lie. All I had to do was look at one video to find comments against them that neither used vulgarity or wish them dead.

  • @AcceptNoLies Your attempt to spin your dishonesty on me is a waste of time. I'm not the one defending MSNBC and their history of hiding or avoiding the truth. I'm not the one rationalizing their actions by waiving the First Amendment. Of course it's their right to demonstrate bias and dishonesty, that was never in question, in fact that's what I was demonstrating. Just as you have the right to lie on here that you are a moderate. BTW, you used the vulgarity, very sophisticated and classy of you

  • @TAMPADOC64 The only spin that is apparent is yours. And your need to create more deception to cover your previous ones. Claiming news organizations have the right to report what the see as news and not report other things is not a defense of action or inaction concerning a potential news story. It is simply a statement of fact. That is their right. That right extends to Fox News as well. And claiming an assertion as "never being in question" does not make that assertion true. Continued...

  • Comment removed

  • @TAMPADOC64 Now to the issue of delayed reporting of stories. Here again, no side is innocent of not doing this. All news organizations are guilty of not report a news story that another news agency has or delaying their coverage. MSNBC has, Fox has, ABC has, CBS has, NBC has, as has CNN, etc. No one news agency is innocent. They promote news stories that forward their agenda first and always will. It's called freedom of the press. Not a perfect freedom. None is.

  • @AcceptNoLies Pleas, by all means you can list examples of FNC not reporting stories until everyone else did. I'll wait while you search them out....

  • @AcceptNoLies The fact that you are letting them off after they avoided these stories until they HAD to report them to save face shows shows the total hypocrisy in your moniker. It's obvious to the rest of us that you accept lies freely and frequently!

  • @TAMPADOC64 I presented the facts that fox had indeed reported about some or all of the subjects in question. You inferred with your comment that they had not. There is no hypocrisy as I did not "let them off" for anything. I just stated what are the facts. They reported some or all of what you inferred they had. The fact they reported at a later time may not be to your liking but, that is far being an act of lying. Calling hypocrisy where this is none boarders on that though.

  • @AcceptNoLies When you avoid a story, whe nyou ignore it and only report it because everyone else has and you are one of the only that have not, or whe nyou simply don't report it which MSNBC has done on many occasions, or whe nthey bury the story so they say they repoted it, that is dishonest. Your support of such actions is self explanatory.

  • @TAMPADOC64 I support no such thing. As I mentioned before. There is this thing called the first amendment. It means the press is free to report on what they deem news worthy at a time that they choose. Fox has this right. They chose to wait until the following day to report about and act of violence at one Town hall meeting other news outlets covered. If I am not mistaken other news outlets scooped them. But, they chose to wait so they could work on an angle that would fit their agenda.

  • Comment removed

  • @AcceptNoLies It's not a question of "IF" they did, but rather the fact that they did so because, they had to look as though they have integrity and they did so in a manner to draw as little attention to the truth as possible. If you are incapable of understanding that then there is little I can do to help you

  • @TAMPADOC64I used vulgarity? I tell you what. If you can find where I used vulgarity with in this thread using the definition you have already established by your earlier comments. quote it and I will be more than happy to apologize for doing that. In fact, I will be more than happy to do that if anyone can find a post in this thread where I was vulgar. I remember using the term pi**ing match. But, I could not find it in this thread. If it was used here I apologize.

  • @TAMPADOC64 I have laid out more than one response in rebuttal to your implication of a lack of integrity by other news organizations. I even pointed out where Fox delayed in reporting a news story about an act of violence at a town hall meeting. The same thing you accused MSNBC of doing. I do not need to reiterate that point any further. Repeating this information is just wasted breath by me on a an apparent lost cause.

  • @AcceptNoLies Actually, you do need to keep repeating it because you do it so well, and we need you to continue telling the truth. Thanks for all you do even if it seems a small task you must continue or they win. Trust me, they'll give up eventually. The next generation will defeat them completely, but until then we must fight.

  • Comment removed

  • @imaginativelads At some point it becomes a useless endeavor. I fear that I am getting to that point with another person here. At a certain time you have to weigh the cost benefit of pursuing any attempt to get a person to admit their mistakes. That point has sadly passed already. The battle was lost be them long ago. There are other more pressing battles to be fought. Thank you, btw, for your kind words. Accept No Lies.

  • @TAMPADOC64 Oh, one last thing. Using the term messiah to describe Obama is something I have never done nor do I feel in any way is appropriate for anyone else to feel, believe, or claim. First you attempt to align me with the left and and purposely use incendiary comments in an attempt to incite their ire and mine as well. Shame on you. Then you claim I see Obama as the Messiah. Shame on you again. Wrong on both accounts.

  • @AcceptNoLies You're here as the guardian of Obermann, the man who guarded the god of the left. I'm sure like most liberals you're going to tell me you're an independent. It doesn't matter, if it quacks, flies, swims, lays eggs has feathers and a beak, it can tell me all it wishes that it's a bear, I'll still believe its a duck.

  • @TAMPADOC64 I am not guardian of anyone. If you go back to my first comment one can see it was a simple effort to correct the misleading comments about Olberman's audience numbers. So far, I have had to spend far to much of my limited time correcting a few people. That time could have been used to correct commentary of people from the other side who made comment not substantiated by evidence. But, I ending up having to use far to much time correcting just a few people. You being one.

  • @AcceptNoLies I had no dispute with you about the numbers, just the people. You are an excellent example of the common ignorant herdistic mind numbed hoards that follow this narcissistic dolt and his yarns for the simple minded. Further proof is that you would attempt to defend the most criminal legislation I can recall, the Affordable Care Act (the title of which is a blatant lie) most of it’s supports have never read nor do they have any idea what’s in it. Why. Olberman told us to support it.

  • @TAMPADOC64 Again, I said if you looked at my first comment it was a simple effort to correct misleading comments being made about his rating numbers. We really don't need to dredge up your deception concerning that again. Nor do I need to entertain your feeble attempts to insult my intelligence. They are petty and childish and as an adult you should be beyond such nonsense. As I mentioned earlier, one can agree with a person on one thing and disagree with them on another. A point you miss.

  • Ha! Resigns my ass he was fired

  • Words to think on of the day. Not as much in life is impossible than most of us are lead to believe. What is beyond the abilities of mankind today is just waiting on a future discovery and a desire to achieve it to become reality.

  • @AcceptNoLies “Only two things are infinite. The universe and human stupidity. And I am not sure about the former.”

    Albert Einstein

We have to get past this first.

  • The Truth is self evident to those who wish to see it. Those who don't remain in the darkness.

  • @AcceptNoLies LOL Yes grasshopper you speak the truth. Stop It! You're killing me. Rotfl

  • Seems there is nothing left but the haters to make comments. Probably because no one is around to listen to their mostly foul language which is not worth the bandwidth to view it. But, once in a while I get a laugh from reading them.

  • @AcceptNoLies "Seems there is nothing left but the haters to make comments." Funny you say that, if you go to Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh videos, your leftist ilk do nothing BUT use vulgarities and wish horrible death on them. Face it, your ilk are by far the most vile, vulgar unethical group there is. Remeber the marches in SanFrancisco when your ilk had posters calling for Bush's assisination?, and that foul piece of crap Pelosi was out there defending them? Nice company you keep.

  • @TAMPADOC64 Use of vulgarity, death threats, or even wishing someone dead is not acceptable behavior coming from the left, the right, or any other side of the political spectrum. It does nothing to forward the goals of humanity as a whole. Neither does calling the president a Nazi or inferring that idea. BTW, both Obama and Bush were compared to Hitler for what it's worth. Oh, since I am an independent, your ilk comments are moot. You forget I blame both sides for the mess we are in now.

  • @AcceptNoLies

I don't detect love in your words, and I'm sure many here get an occasional laugh from your comments too.

  • @blacksamcooke Well, the truth and love are not always compatible.

  • @AcceptNoLies

Well now, while you call other people making comments here "haters," perhaps the same can be said of you.

  • @blacksamcooke Others are certainly capable of making that claim if they wish. But, with no factual foundation for the claim it is meaningless. Correcting someone who has their facts wrong is not a hater act. Providing proof that someone is lying is also not an act of a hater. It is simple exposing the lies.

  • @AcceptNoLies

You write here that people can call you a hater if they want, "but, with no factual foundation for the claim, it's meaningless."

However, you lazily asserted that only the "haters here have been left to comment," and you lay no factual foundation for your claim.

Why is it that others' characterizations against you need to be supported, yet your claims against them do not?

  • @blacksamcooke You do realize that I left that comment more than two weeks ago. And the fully quoted statements is, "Seems there is nothing left but the haters to make comments." Hardly and assertion of fact, but, more of an opinion considering how charged an environment there was at that time. If I am guilty of anything it is over exaggeration. More like I just missed some of the comments that were not hater comments. For that I apologize. Continued.

  • @blacksamcooke What is important here is the use of the words "Seems". Take that out of the context, as you did, and it turns a somewhat loosely stated opinion into an assertion of fact. Which is not what I was attempting. I was having to deal with a rather pointed personal attack on myself and my judgement about the overall tone of the discussion might have been a bit skewed that time. I am I only human. Again, I apologize for overstating my case against the haters here.

  • @AcceptNoLies

Calling someone a "hater" is, via self-evidence, an opinion.

Most people would agree that opinions, as well as facts, need to be supported, and few would agree that I quoted you out of context.

Read your words, and my alleged misquote again, and you might be embarrassed to see that there is no change of context or meaning.

Also, by your own standard, these people with whom you have been interacting can dismiss your thoughts by adding the word "seems" to their thoughts.

  • @AcceptNoLies It's true, I even get bashed and I'm a vet.

  • @AcceptNoLies It is impossible to make an assessment or to have proven anything from a inadequate forum. That you have claimed your success from here makes you the delusional one. Besides the fact I have revealed nothing to you about me or my intentions, so keep thinking you are one up from a meaningless dialogue. LOL!

  • @wfmkk no its not , what terrible is for people, such as Olberman to perpetuate lies, inequity, hate, corruption and injustice. Just like Olbermann. I can see his Democratic contributions paid off...

  • @ShockNAweMack

Come back when you know how to write in English. There are illegal Mexican immigrants who write better than you do.

  • @ShockNAweMack Right on, man!

  • @ShockNAweMack

You don't have the mental resources to understand how stupid you are.

  • I need a show of hands. Give this post a thumbs up if you believe I should no longer expend any more time correcting Hawkerdoo and pointing out where he has fabricated points on faulty premises. That way we can move forward instead of wasting time.

  • @AcceptNoLies

    "show of hands"

I find that most people lack sufficient information to form credible opinions. So the best thing you could do for readers is to refer them to web sites, rather than only offering your opinion or analysis. If you think your view is superior, then lead people to the source of your information.

  • @wfmkk Well, seeing as most of the evidence for my commentary is here in this discussion,. one can just read the entirety of the responses to this video and make an informed opinion. It's here in black and white. But, if you want a source to look at, you can check Olbermann's Neilson Ratings for January 21, 2011 to get the info. 1.2+ million viewers are in fact lower than O'Reilly's. But, they are quite a bit more than that handful many people suggested. Accept No Lies.

  • @AcceptNoLies

    "check Olbermann's Neilson Ratings"

Do you have the URL ?

  • @wfmkk Not sure about the rules concerning URL posting here on YT. If you google Cable TV ratings January, 21,2011 through Firefox the first link should be for tvbythenumbersDOTzap2itDOTcom which will lead you to the january 20th numbers. You can click on Cable News and scan through to find the number for January 21st. other links from the google search will point to the same data for the 21st. I tried MediaiteDOTcom but could only access data for the 20th. Those ratings for 1.106 Million.

  • @AcceptNoLies Average ratings for the whole season were mediocre at best.

  • @ThatMiserableCat Ratings Data shows FNC first in prime time, MSNBC 2nd, CNN 3rd, HLN 4th, and CNBC 5th. If you compare Cable TV news rating to all of network and cable television programs, you will see that none of them rate well. But, as I said in a previous post, One can logically conclude ratings mean nothing when it comes to the quality of a Television Program or its' truthfulness or lack of truthfulness. Using ratings as a gauge for either is questionable at best. Accept No Lies.

  • @AcceptNoLies "Ratings Data shows FNC first in prime time, MSNBC 2nd, CNN 3rd, HLN 4th, and CNBC 5th"

What you failed to point out though is that FNC has more viewers then ALL of the others combined.

  • @TAMPADOC64 My main point is that ratings are no indication of quality / lack of quality or truthfulness / or lack of truthful. Heck, if I am not mistaken, FNC has more viewers even if you count CNBC as well. In the end ratings are meaningless for determining either the level of quality or the level of honest. O'Reilly has the #1 news show on cable. That does not make his show any more honest. Just more popular. I will repeat. It just makes his how more Popular. Nothing Else. Accept No Lies.

  • @AcceptNoLies I will grant you that. However what is most apparent is that Obama lied about a lot of things to get elected; his campaign platform was far different from the way he has governed. Democrats lied, cheated and did back room deals to pass this illegal Obamacare act and MSNBC covered and protected the lies as did all the other stations for the most part. Maybe THAT is why people have turned to FNC. If you believe them, then you are accepting lies.

  • @AcceptNoLies So then the populous knows exactly what the correct opinion is. Ratings cost Mr. Olbermann his job.
