Just to clarify: this is from K's last Korean album, called "Beautiful Smile" (released in 2006). I think this video is actually for "Laughing", the 2nd song on the album (which starts at about 1:17 ). The piano intro at the beginning (the one everyone seems to like) is, literally, the intro (first) song on the same album.

He tried to make it in Korea, but didn't do so well. His first album was pretty much a failure. But then he moved over to Japan and became quite successful. And after that he was more noticed in Korea.
