No need to fight over this, but you can't really say that since both bands have been around since the early 1990's when neither of them was famous. So there's no possible way they could've copied the name. I love both bands and let me tell you that it's a shame that Punk Surf Rock Home Grown is not around any more, They had good music and it was fun to listen to them since I was 12.
