I had a crazy neighbor who was suicidal, our walls were thin and she would call her BF to say she was going to kill herself and all this crazy stuff, and I could hear everything. She was evicted eventually because of various reasons, including the above. People are nuts!

I have some loud neighbors that live above me but they don't seem to understand how heavy their steps are. You don't even know what they are doing most of the time bit they make allot of noise and it bugs me. The biggest reason is they will be so loud and wake up my 13 month old because she is scared. But I never say anything to them I don't think it would help at all.
