what were the things you used to coat them in the end? i know one is cocoa powder but the others? powdered sugar?
you should try a light dusting of cinnamon (or a mix of cinnamon and powdered sugar)! that's so good, especially on a white chocolate truffle or something with a hint of coffee. you can also try vanilla powder or sifted soft sugar
