It's pretty much a clone of pokemon. It takes place in the future or something and these evil alien things appear. The guy needs to find these things called spectrobes(a.k.a. pokemon) as fossils and awaken, train and evolve them. It isn't depressing or anything though, and no mickey references as far as I know.

Mickey Mouse is pretty much dead now. His only show is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He used to be aimed from ages 0-125. Now he is aimed at people
