It's a demonstration (or art) to show how a particle based fluid will interact with a gravitational (invisible) Source.
When I saw the Morphing UFO from Discovery Channel, i thought how this can work and look. Or with other words: This is how a interdimensinal UFO can look like. IT'S NOT REAL.
