I just bought the cord for the computer so that I can update my info and such but its not working. I bought my phone at a Cricket store and it has been chipped to work on their network, is this why its not working? I also dont have a memory card in the phone right now, could that be the problem?

im using this on a PC and it says i cant transfer songs from iTunes that i bought from iTunes onto my blackberry storm. it says it has a digitally protected code that wont let me sync it onto the blackberry. please tell me what i have to do to fix it!

when u plug it in go to home, user,i believe and then ull see a whole bunch of folders just drag and drop into the music one
