  • Beautiful performance, you deserve a better orch!!! lol

  • Great performance! Singing was superb! It got boring because her stage presence and acting needs work. I didn't feel a character, only heard a song. I'd like to see how she is today.

  • She super excellent. She really captured the role. The only problem I'm having are her awkward notes on the word her. But, other than that, she's super talented. Brava!

  • *chills*

  • Wow! She's better than some of the pro's who have done this role!

  • You really nailed this number. Superb performance, Bravo!!

  • Amazing.....!

  • Who is that girl? She´s really brilliant.

  • fantastic voice !!!

  • chills....

  • wow she is amazing!

  • wearing boots in vietnam LOL

  • Lovely voice who is she

  • @madkitten25 Chandler Reeves

  • where is her mic? I saw whre the mics were on Chris and Kim

  • Amazing voice.

  • Great voice! Too bad the strings are playing in a different key...

  • damn.

  • wow she's really good.

  • is this school an arts school?? the leads are all very impressive acting and vocals are tremendous

  • Beautiful!

  • she is AMAZING. so much expression! and what a phenomenal voice! i had shivers the whole time!

  • she is really good!

  • The orchestra is too atrocious for this girl's beautiful voice and characterization.

  • from a music director: wonderful job!

  • Is this high school chorus program like Bellaire high school baseball in Houston where they recruit talent in the whole area? I say that because the talent (singing acting) here is unbelievable.

  • Violins are outta tune...you'd think they'd check that...

  • She is great, but orchestra....oh my goddddddddddd

Ella es genial pero la orquesta por Diossssssssss que afinen las cuerdassssss pleaseee

  • i love it sooo much!! 5 stars!!

  • Five stars. I really hope she pursues this for a profession. I believe she really, really got the heart of this song. Torn feelings for sympathy for Kim and desperation for wanting to keep her marriage together.

  • I read on another post for this song, that someone said that Ellen was heartless.I disagree,if you were in her place, you wouldn't know what you feel. And this is what the song is all about. She doesn't hate Kim,she only found about it. Chris never told her and she has to reconcile with a huge part of her life that her new husband never mentioned.

this gal does a beautiful job of working through Ellen's mixed feelings.

  • Still can't believe it's high school... AMAZING!!!

    Fantastic!!!

I wish i could hear it real....

  • But violin sucks... ;(

  • AMAZING!

  • again...highest praise for your ellen...shes amazing....

  • 5 stars!

  • WHOA! This person is from the Footloose videos that I'm obsessed with, haha. I jsut made that conection. She is very, very, amazing. Ellen's a hard character to play and you did Claire Moore justice. :)

  • i agree...Ellens tends to end up as a opponant (sp?) to Kim...although from a neutral point of view shes only trying to fight for her husband...Thats also the worst thing about this part because they often undercast this part in proffesional productions...and most of the times i have a hard time believing that she (ellen) actually mean it when she say shes ready to fight for her husband...This is okay for a highschool production..

  • here on Ytube?

  • first few seconds she gave me chills with her beautiful voice.

  • Wauw you are so amazing! I've got goosebumbs!

  • NICE job!

  • if I may ask, is this an arts school, and if so, is it private or public and where is it?

  • This is not an arts school. It is a public high school in Richardson,Tx.

  • wow, there's a lot of talented kids in this school. Not a lot of highschools can put on a show like this with such meat on it.

  • I know we couldn't! haha Fantastic job guys. I'm jealous of your theatre program

  • You're kidding? I thought you guys were a performing arts high school.

  • Good voice, but not enough pain at the end... it's a very emotional song, and there wasn't a lot of emotion in the singing or acting.

However, definitely one of the VERY few people that can sing well (i.e. in tune and with the right rhythm) in this staging of Miss Saigon.

  • wowee

  • ohmylife...shes amazing

  • Amazing! Simply amazing! You are going to go far with that voice!

  • search Now That I've Seen Her - Ariélle

  • She is a great singer but this musical is just too mature for high school students to pull off-which these guys didn't. They look like babies and the "acting" is typical high school musical theater people.

  • I think that this girl was not a good fit for the part. she's supposed to be a grown woman yet she sounds like she's 10. Sorry. You were on pitch and everything, but it was a little too steroetypical Highschool for me. Work on your tone.

  • @hahahahaha59

I think she was awesome. I saw the real thing from Broadway and these kids are simply amazing. There is talent and the show brought back all the emotions I felt seeing the Broadway production.

  • i see a very bright future for this girl in musical theater. she can really sing! some training and she'll be amazing! :)

  • Wow! This is unbelievable!I'm in high school and normally work on productions as stage manager and asistant director!i hate to say it but it puts our productions to shame!!

  • I want to be in this play too! It looks like it was so much fun!

  • this is sung way, way too fast! :(

but, your voice is nice. with some training you could be quite impressive. just some pronnounciation, technical and acting things to be worked out.

  • This is so far beyond what I remember as a high school production.! These kids are absolutely great. I've seen the show three times as Viet Nam is my generation and my memories. I would have gladly paid the same price to see this performance. Well done!

  • WOW......better then Lisa Capps.....who played this with Lea Salonga.

  • and she was only in the 8th/9th grade!

  • this actress as Ellen is so amazing.. she also makes me cry.. this song was my favourite.. :(( :((

  • She sings very well!

Ellen (The CHARACTER, not the actress) is a frumpy witch. I can't STAND her...but this girl did VERY WELL! (:

  • great job for such a young singer. Keep it up!

  • SHE WAS 14?!?!?

    She's my age!!

I wish I could do that!!

    I'm jealous lol

  • GREAT voice... It could have been beyond impressive with some more training - some of the pronunciations sounded young (but for a freshman, this is fantastic)

  • singing is amazing but acting is also great! the whole production is very very professional

  • that line when she sings and the storm wont go away omg!!! its soooooooooooo amazing!!!!!

  • soooo amazing!!!

  • fantastic i really wish i could of been there to see this. one day this girl will be on broadway

  • i love her voice, it just flows! Shame about every second she stops singing, that orchestra man, srsly ;D

    xx

  • Excellent

  • Fantastic voice.

    How old is she?

  • 14 when she did this.....15 now.

  • ...WAT

    Oh god that's awesome.

  • GET IT CHANDLER!! fierceee.

  • Awesome!! Outstanding voice. Such a professional sound.

  • She has an amazing voice! And I really feel for Ellen. She had nothing to do with what had happened, and now she's in the middle of it.

  • best singer in the whole production...

lol looks a bit like the little girl on 'the nanny'

  • Wonderful! You are really talented!

  • Miss Saigon OWNS!

  • SHE IS REALLY GOOOD

    the next elizabeth:)

  • Go Channy!

  • WOW!
