All women should read and follow the precautions recommended in the article on Women's Health and Pranayama. PROPER INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO PERFORM THESE EXCERCISES OTHER WISE THE VIDEOS R USELESS THEY R NOT FOR FUN!!

    Reality is every individual case is unique, but as one who had a dbl hernia when I was young and had a bleeding ulcer and the onset of CC in my early twenties, 23, I began a change lifestlye and environment, diet and exercise, and at 25 in California began yoga and learned nauli to help aid the healing and rejuvination of my colon, and since then I have helped many people with the same afflictions.

  • I do love the discipline required for this sort of thing. Yoga has a bad image but it's amazingly beneficial for the body and mind. Or so I've heard :)
