It seems weird that everything that the "call maker" said was lould and clear on the video, yet this was susposed to be a susprize. Lots of video shots for spur of the moment thing. Must be that they left out the three hours to set up all of the shots and the fact that the the "caller" was connected to a personal mike. I am a first responder and I require a good phone for communication in my 95 sq. mi. rual community. Let me tell you that Verizon can't even come close to the relibality of Sprint

you can't do this with a Verizon Blackberry no matter what you pay. It cost me about $5000.00 to fight with them to get my phone service cancelled after nearly 2 yrs of jumping through hoops to get them to help me. They put me in collection while I was disputing my bill and then they wrote me off and screwed up my credit report while I was seeking help from the State's Attorney General, Jerry Brown--useless!

Common sense says this was setup by VZW, however, the customer didn't know about it before it happened. The moron who said he was carrying an I-Phone obviously is not a smart man because we all know AT&T provides a "better 3G experience" by probably not having 3G coverage at this resort. AT&T is now going to sue me for saying that. They will lose the lawsuit then create some bad commercials with B-rated actor Luke Wilson and unsubstantiated claims about their "more bars in more places" network.

I work for Verizon Wireless and I must say, not only is the network far superior than any other carrier I've used for my own cellular needs in the past.. but Verizon Wireless is a phenomenal company to work for; that looks out for the best interests of their customers and employees. In the US, there's these Verizon ads where the spokeperson (he calls him "Verizon guy") and all these network engineers etc. will follow someone en-masse, to symbolize their network reliability (and how they actually do maintenance and capacity expansion when needed... unlike a few companies I could name.) If you haven't seen one of those ads this vid would make no sense.
