its a pop tornado, in the tricking community also known as a backside 900. the pop 9 is a pop 7 with a round kick out (2.5 spins as shadow said)

Thats only a Pop Tornado. A true 900 has 2.5 spins. Think of it as a Pop 720 but kicking with the inside leg.
