  • Robert,

This is a very cool flight you guys did man. I really enjoyed vewing, looking forward to a formation flight with our P-47's. Nice work, "Videos Videos"..LOL Thumbs up from the Tink... TIm.

  • @TinkerManRC : Thanks TIm! Our P47 Tandem flight is going to be Awesome! Hurry up and Move home! We Gotta go FLY! Videos Videos Brother!!!! LOL! ~~Robert.

  • Totally awesome vid !! looked dam fun!!!

  • @bloodhound122 : Thanks man! It was a blast! The actual flying time was 12 minutes. Thats what I had my timer set to. 12 minutes of pure adrenaline flying! Thanks again! ~~Robert.

  • What are the wingspans on those? I just bought the Airfield 1400mm P-47, and I thought it was big, but these look to be quite a bit larger.

  • @7jsm7 : I don't mean this in a mean way, but the airfield planes are toys compared to these monsters. I have several Airfield planes and they aren't toys, Im just saying, next to these bad boys, they look like toys. LOL... Mine, the Green Hangar 9 Razorback is 81.25 inch wingspan (2064mm), weighs in at 17 pounds. 40cc Gas Engine swinging a 20x10 prop. The Top Flite (Steve's) is 85 inch wingpsan (2159mm) Weight: 20 pounds. 50cc Gas engine 23x10 prop! Thanks for awesome question! ~~Robert.

  • @RCRedBaron They're beautiful aircraft that's for sure. I would get large gas planes like that and it would be a lot better for the winds we always have here, but I don't have the space for storing it not to mention nowhere to fly it. And at this point I'm not willing to spend the kind of money that these must cost to get flying. The Airfield 1400mm P-47 is only my 3rd plane, so I'd be way to afraid to fly something that expensive.

  • Nice flyin Robert, tell Steve nice flying as well but he's going to have to push the throttles up if he's going to keep up you!

  • @mreid08 : LOL! Im not telling him that! Steves the Enforcer! He can squish my head with 2 fingers! LOL! Thanks for the cool comment!!! ~~Robert

  • I still can't get over how awesome it sounds!!!!

  • @aja1216 : Did you stand on the flight line when we were flying?? It was really wild in person as they both screamed by! ~~Robert.

  • Right on guys! Looks like a friggin' Blast! Puts me in the Mood to hit the field BAD! But we have snow and single digit temps here at the moment. Time to put on the cold weather gear and burn some fuel! Thanks for putting this up!! Take care and keep em' flying. Mark

  • @OperationMindCrime1 : Thanks for the awesome comment!!! I have to be honest, when I re-watch the video, I want to go right back out and do it again! Thanks again Mark! ~~Robert.

  • Love this video, I hope to move up into larger models soon.

  • @snm1117 : Thanks man! It was truly a blast to fly! Even though the larger scale is more intimidating due to many factors, they handle so nicely! You'll love it when you do! Thanks again! ~~Robert.

  • u came in so fast.....lol

  • @bryanandrew369 : LOL... Story of my life! LOL... ~~Robert.
