@arikaru19 If your using a jetpack then you cant get high enough but if you are in a plane then you can fly up as high as you can go and the rockets wont reach you if your going fast enough

i know how to get in that area but on ps2. first go to a house on mulholland (the one that is/was on sale)then go to the side of the pool, once u r there walk with a jetpack to the smalles wall. then u will be underground but then just keep flyin' till u get to area 61, later go to the bottom of the area 61 (no matter if u dont see nothing) the game will aoutomaticly take you inside.( while flying to area 61 DON'T get to low)

I get inside the Restriced Area on Ps 2 - beacuse of glitch.

I used the flying cars cheat and while i landed (on Abandoned airport)then the car dissapeared uner the airstrip and appeared inside the restricted area O_o

cool, SAM sites are littered around the area along with some sweet tanks and jeeps XD. SAM sites are annoying with jetpack, helicopter, plane and parachute though as they can shoot you down badly

Have you tried entering the Hydra and putting in the vehicle of death cheat and crashing into the door? Occasionally the Hydras nose will fo through the walls on the game. And for all you people who don't know, PS2's can get mods. Just put the PS2 game in the PC and the same files for the PC version will be on the PS2.
