@HoosierMF Swing Kids were good , and I agree they sound quite similar, but I think Refused perfected what Swing Kids were doing, not to disrespect SK at all... Just refused has way more emotion and power behind their tunes. In my opinion

Many bands are influenced by them, but the only band that I could say that sounds a little bit like them is Bravo Fucking Bravo. Too bad I can't find any of their music anywhere.. :(

What the heck happend to the swedish Hardcore-scene after this? :/ I mean, today it's way to much hybrid between the oldschool hardcore->Skate->metal. :/ I miss this kind of hardcore. I really do.

The hardcore scene never disappeared in Scandinavia. In Tromsø, or Trondheim in Norway there are still hardcore scenes, and the Umeå hardcore scene is still there.
