obviously mine is un comparable to his cause its double the cc but his is slow compared to other 50s ive seen as for reliability mine has gone all the time ive had it so far with only a verry minor engine problem that just needed a tune up on the carp where as his is always killing of batteries not starting and a whle manner of crap

@reesk92 Well it's a matter of how good of a gear-head you are. What you see as a very minor problem, I might get REAAAALLY pissed because of. Also, Peugeot sounds like a very reliable bike, Boetian sounds like a chinese-made scooter. I have a 50cc Derbi X-race '10 and it has had some small problems with the clutch and such, even though I haven't really driven it much.

@XplosivCookie yeah the boatian is a cheap chinese bike the pegeots problem is just the carb not being set right so it sometimes is a bit flaky every now and then but since we adjusted it the problems went away still not bad for a 12 year old bike

And honestly they are some of the most powerful 125cc dirtbikes around. The derbi uses the Yamaha DTR and TZR 125 engine. which both of those bike get smoked by the Honda CRM 125 and the NSR......... Look things up before you say silly stuff!

you weigh nothing, you had a massive tail wind and you have tons of mods. on the track, rs125 vs ninja 250, rs would win every time

@crackerstolemybike I have rode my 250 on the track with an RS125 and they are VERY close. Its a RIDER deal. The upkeep is TWICE the cost, with the Aprilla and the parts cost ALOT more. PLUS the $2000 per bike premium in the states. Use the $2000 for mods on a 250 and keep the extra $1200 and get some leathers.

I would LOVE to have an RS250 for the track. In the hands of a GOOD trackrider. IT HAS NO EQUAL if the track is less than 2.5 miles. It eats 600,s for lunch and gsxr750s for desert.

its not 'full power' you only get 24hp at the crank with the restrictions removed. The 'eco friendly' exhaust chokes it you have to change that and rejet it to get 33hp
