  • Just restart your Mac if you use the memory app weekly. Restarting does the same thing. Unless of course you do turn your Mac off every night (like me) then you will only have to run that app straight after opening lots of apps and the Mac feels slow. After I have make something in Motion 4 I need to restart my Mac because the pool drain does not get rid of all the RAM previews alike.
