I appreciate this post as insomnia is something that I have experienced since I was a child... Generally I never get to bed before 2 or 3 am and I'm generally up between 7 and 8. Even if I go to bed earlier I just toss and turn (usually thinking) and wind up getting up anyway and staying up until it's time for me to start the day.... I briefly mentioned this in my last couple of vids sleep is my biggest issue, lack of sleep causes numerous other issues--- so thanks for the helpful post.
i just had a chat about melatonin with a sista friend of mine and she was having side effects and still not being able to rest well. funny thing is i told her about the chamomile and a soothing bath. dont know if she listened but good to know u mentioned it too. blessings bruh
Very informative! Unfortnately, I'm suffer right now from insomnia. Now I know what I can do about it. I would like to know more about controlling dreams. :)
