Yeah I guess I got really lucky. Cause I did it with out shoving/smiting. Lol but 17-3 is a stoping point. For sure. And that's only because you automatically re-equip after using an item. Which is bullshit. Oh and btw smiting doesn't work as it won't push you far enough to be able to move on or infront of the space lol. So you need a smite and either 1 or 2 shoves as I never had to go that far.
The only way you could maybe prevent this from happening is to continuously try to mess with the RNG by changing some settings in the base or whatever and try to get lucky, but that seems way too frustrating and time-consuming. You could resort to shoving Ike if you REALLY have no other option, but the choice is yours. It sucks that you hit this roadblock, though. =(
@PrinceOfKoopas well that isnt true. soldiers do have some avoid rate just so little that the accuracy of the opponent overpowers it because the strength of the unit is to low so they lose 1 speed per weight over strength ( i think a steel lance weighs 10 im not sure. plus im guessing the strength of that unit is like 7 so its minus 3 speed witch means minus 6 avoid rate and garenteed to get doubled. your only chance is like what zangetsu said and that is to try level over again and again.

@PrinceOfKoopas to be honest though who honestly reads the description of the video 100 percent of the time? If you have read the description of every video you have watched on youtube before watching the video then i will shut up. otherwise give him some slack i mean seriously people watch videos of this genre in order to relax or find a strategie. none the less i commend you for the progress you have made in the file just i dont think it is possible to solo it out for any fire emblem game.
