Statistics shows that 6 million africans on average have been converting from Islam to Christianity since 1900. Islam used to be the dominant religion in Africa now it's Christianity. That's a fact.

When meeting the ruler of his time he put his slippers under his armpits. When asked why he said I heard that the malikis stole slippers at the time of the prophet. The malikis said we didnt exist then. He said: i think its the hanbalis that did. They too said they didnt exist at that time. He then said then it must be the shafis. The shafis answered the same. He then asked the hanafis, to the negative reply.

i have not konw your story , but i could tell you that the true sect are those who adhere the teaching of quran and hadith(sunnaah)

@engdarsh1 well the story has a true fact. No madhab of the sunnah was existing at the time of the prophet. Every single al-sunni knows this fact. Just from this fact alone, one can determine the "true" sect- ahl bayt who WERE there with the prophet.

@x69Crunchyx But the question is - is the Shia teachings today truly reflective of Ahl Bayt's teachings ? Just because the Shias say " We are on the path of Ahlu Bayt " or " We love Ahlu Bayt " doesn't mean that they are or do. E.g mut'ah - do any of the Ahlul Bayt ever committed mut'ah ? Another e.g - calling out to Sayyidina Ali as in ' Ya Ali ' - did any of his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren ever did that ? And my examples can go on and on. Compare that with Sunni Islam.
