@BiologiePassie Als je woont in Rotterdam, There is a very good Japanese winkel near centraal station. You can buy a tradional Bento box or even just a modern plastic tupperware style. Honestly if in Rotterdam check it out there prices are also really good. Groetjes.

Most blogs for bento include lots of good pictures and descriptions of the ingredients.

@Ecoanimegrl75 Whoa! I imagined you screaming all that! xD But you can get bento boxes from J-List (or J-Box, they're the same thing but J-List is 18+), some Asian grocery stores, and eBay. Check the milliliter content of the bento, because that will show how much it will actually hold. In most US grocery stores you can also get Lock and Locks (which I made a Learning Bento episode on), and you can also get "Fit And Fresh" boxes in US which are like bento but for very big appetites;
actually in real life, i would ask...but it is very obvious that you are a girl-your voice is feminine, you have girl eyebrows, and you have girl hands and a cute girl nose....so people are idiots if they had to ask if you are a girl.
i have a pretty good appetite, but i think the one tier will work best for me, because i'd be using it for lunch , and i don't really like lunch. (i usually stuff my face at dinner)

@blahdorkweirdo In the case of the comments and discussions here about gender specificity, I'm not saying at all that it can be hard to tell peoples' genders sometimes. That is a true occurrence. But, I was personally tiring of the trolls that constantly kept asking me about it often. And even if my short hair somehow hid the fact that I am a girl, a quick look at any video where I've got more girly hair really gives it away.

@emopalstrawberri while i really don't see why people would think you're a guy, there have been occasions, one that comes to mind most easily, where i have been introduced to a person with a gender neautral name, baggy gender neautral clothes, what would be considered a pretty low voice for a girl and a pretty high voice for a guy (plus they didn't talk alot), a hair sty;e that could go be for either a guy or a girl and a body type that really could go either way.
@emopalstrawberri and i think it would be more rude in those occasions when i truly did not know know, to refer to them by the wrong pronoun or make some other comment that refers to gender and get it wrong, so yes while i haven't always asked directly (though i have once) when i go weeks without knowing the gender of a person i met i do what it takes to find out, and if that means asking i do so with suitable chagrine and copious appologies for the awkwardness and inconvenience of the question
@TheCyberwoman You do make a valid point. I did say to someone else that the situation is different for people who have an androgynous clothing and hairstyle for their body type. I think that you seem very polite about real life gender sensitivity. I think it's different if you go a long time knowing the person before you ask, and if you apologize, then that's much different than the inquiries I'm getting as to my gender.

@Ecoanimegrl75 Whoa! I imagined you screaming all that! xD But you can get bento boxes from J-List (or J-Box, they're the same thing but J-List is 18+), some Asian grocery stores, and eBay. Check the milliliter content of the bento, because that will show how much it will actually hold. In most US grocery stores you can also get Lock and Locks (which I made a Learning Bento episode on), and you can also get "Fit And Fresh" boxes in US which are like bento but for very big appetites;

@eveningmistonwater I dunno, I don't think you need to point out specific reasons. I was surprised some people thought she was a guy, because she comes across as so unabashedly female to me. Sometimes, it can be hard to tell, but I didn't find it hard at all in this case.

@blahdorkweirdo In the case of the comments and discussions here about gender specificity, I'm not saying at all that it can be hard to tell peoples' genders sometimes. That is a true occurrence. But, I was personally tiring of the trolls that constantly kept asking me about it often. And even if my short hair somehow hid the fact that I am a girl, a quick look at any video where I've got more girly hair really gives it away.

@emopalstrawberri while i really don't see why people would think you're a guy, there have been occasions, one that comes to mind most easily, where i have been introduced to a person with a gender neautral name, baggy gender neautral clothes, what would be considered a pretty low voice for a girl and a pretty high voice for a guy (plus they didn't talk alot), a hair sty;e that could go be for either a guy or a girl and a body type that really could go either way.

@emopalstrawberri and i think it would be more rude in those occasions when i truly did not know know, to refer to them by the wrong pronoun or make some other comment that refers to gender and get it wrong, so yes while i haven't always asked directly (though i have once) when i go weeks without knowing the gender of a person i met i do what it takes to find out, and if that means asking i do so with suitable chagrine and copious appologies for the awkwardness and inconvenience of the question

I think that you seem very polite about real life gender sensitivity. I think it's different if you go a long time knowing the person before you ask, and if you apologize, then that's much different than the inquiries I'm getting as to my gender.
