First of all, I'm loving that Rebirth! I was getting hype like a mug up in here listening to that. Of course I'm from New Orleans, so that music is all up in me! Secondly, your hair is beautiful. Our textures are very similar and I had locs for the past 5 years. I ust released mine, didn't cut them, just unlocked them. The Brotherlock method is going to be the best route for you to go. Mine were Braidlocs, sorta like Sisterlocks. I started them myself and maintained them too. Good luck baby!

Actually 1 week and 2 days after I got my twist done i washed them out...this was the first time I had twist that I liked enough to let lock and I didnt realize how hard it would be for me to not wash my hair....so as of right now Im just letting it grow till I have my consultation for Brotherlocks!!!

so funny lol, these folks just simply didnt know anything about dreadlocs, any hair texture can dread buddy. alot of salons just think all u do is twist twist twist, are u aware that all that twisting they charge u guys, in years to come fucks your scalp up so bad, and dreadlocks pop off leaving your scalp exposed. human hair should be able to breathe not twisted so tight to the root like that. thats one reason i dont like salons that dread, alot of them dont know or just dont care
