To all those people who say this is animal abuse or whatever: That kitteh has learned that touching candles hurts. How did you learn not to do things? By trial and error, you learn by your mistakes. @27wootwoot Cats must have come across fire before now in there evolution. In forests perhapse, after lightning strikes. I've never seen it before, but genetically it makes sense that the animals would try to put out fires so that they could live in the forest. Perhapse this is what we are seeing here.

I told my kitteh over and over again not to get close to my candle. Kitteh didn't listen, and ended up with uneven whiskers for weeks. She's ok now, though haha. And thankfully, she stays clear of the candles now. ^_^

-and it's not that dangerous. The kitteh ran at the end because it got a waxy paw. Which does burn for a second (we've all gotten hot wax on us), but it's not so bad. Probably wouldn't let kitteh near them anymore though...

@Raaaawrlol actually you are wrong... first of all..cat weights a lot less than a human.. second... their feet are very soft because they are predators and need to be quiet and feel good enough to examine surface that they step on..in order to maintain silence. Cat extinguished those candles fast enough so that fire wouldnt burn his skin... people often do that with their fingers without harming themselves too. Might still burn his fur a little bit...
