Hey they sell a custom chrome paint now you can have a pro sprayer just paint your car like this. hope that helps all your guys questions.

@JeanettaGraham full disclosure - I am not a supplier. I can give you some advice on where to start, google 'vehicle vinyl wraps.' It's basically a material that can be professionally applied to vehicles directly over the paint changing the appearance dramatically. Think of tinting a window but for paint, if done right there are no side effects and in the end you end up protecting your original paint from rock chips and minor scratches.
