Only those who knows at least "a finger of music", will share my opinion. And if you really like metal, than you have Dimmu Borgir, King Diamond, or high quality music - Dream Theatre. You can see and feel music in every single song by Jethro tull, and only in some songs of metallica (fade to black, one, mama said, nothing else matters, and 5-6 other songs). Every guitar player (including me) learns metallica songs as basic guitar technique. But no everyone can play Jethro Tull which is classic

Sure, its not heavy all the way through...but the musical dynamics and contrast from lighter and classical influences to heavier and darker is more interesting than anything on the friggin Black Album. Thats when they lost their progressive elements. Lightning is still their best album and always will be

It's just an acoustic interlude and it isn't even one of the best Jethro Tull songs, but in 2'14" it says a lot more than Metallica did and will ever do in their whole carreer.
