It seems like the method of connecting it is pretty much a crouching HK.. And I know you can combo one of those off Cosmic Heel.

I like how this dumbass thinks that re-balancing 25 characters that have 6-8 normals, 8-11 specials, 1 Super, 1 ultra, different hit boxes and different move properties, and ON TOP of that, adding MORE moves and MORE characters can be easily crammed into a simple DLC file.

i went back and refreshed my memory of the 3rd strike ultras and those suck as compared to most of these. Alex has a 4 hit headbutt then backslaps you WTF weak. 3rd strike just looked good visually besides the fireballs looking like sperm and the worse character roster ever besides the shoto's, ibuki, makoto, yun/yang everyone else sucked . i had more fun with sf4 and the only problem i have with ssf4 is they should have all the ultras they had in previous games and 1 new one

Yeah ... I was thinking the same thing. The spinning goes into overdrive especially on Akuma's second ultra.

I guess the designers thought spinning provides the maximum annoyance on whoever gets hit by it. They're probably right :)
