This is so interesting. Catrashoo pays $1045 for a one bedroom in Fairfax. I grew up in Fairfax, moved to New York (Manhattan) and now pay the EXACT same amount for a one-bedroom in Manhattan on Lexington and 101st St. One thing I'll bet is the place in Fairfax is bigger and better. But I have to admit NY has been pretty cool, now I can't wait to get out and back to suburbs after 35 yrs. Very interesting, thanks.

nice apartment. But i could never fathom living in northern virginia ever again. I prefer Richmond and the "real " Virginia. Just new moneyed yankee transplants up there.

i live in fairfax city it is awesome. we have a 3 floored house with 4 bed rooms so its kinda different. i also have never been inside an apartment in fairfax so to see urs is really cool.

Fairfax city is awesome. why does this only have 3 stars. They have everything over here.Bestbuy, Circuit City, Compusa, microcenter, walmart(jk), what ever you want.
