Crowd warmed up eventually, while a good chunk knew the Feelies well, this was clearly Sonic Youth's crowd. By the end the Feelies were getting an awesome response....they are listening here.

I've listened to The Good Earth more than any other album in the world. Hundreds, maybe thousands of times.
It's inexhaustible in its intelligence, beauty and sly strength.

Saw them at the old 9:30 club and Gaston Hall in DC back in the day. they played so fast back then - Bill would just shred his strings on every other song.

Greatest...band...ever. Well, close. Used to see them all the time back in the 80s & early 90s. So glad to see 'em back, even if just for a few shows. Wish I could've been there.
