@13916 With my stand point, I just started playing things that weren't too boring, start with something like Colony of Birchmen and work your way up from there. My drumming range is from Gospel music to Metal, I just started with Colony of Birchmen because it was something I could play alone and actually have fun playing alone, and not with a band, (gospel is with band xD) but, find something that is remotely easy and not boring, so you can keep the energy up while you drum.
