its not that bad, i work on the roads, i saw an over turned lorry on the m40 the other day that hit a car, a lorry full of glass crashed 3months ago n covered the m25, a fatality on the a40 in london with a bike and a lorry two weeks ago and ive also had two drivers fall asleep at the wheel on me, if i wasnt awake we could of been dead, best part ive only been doing this job 5 months
If this happened in the UK every road in a 4 mile radius would've been closed ! Nice to see the irish have more sense to keep the traffic moving and not make them wait for 3 days or send them on a 40 mile detour. . . . and I bet they cleared it up 1 week earlier than the highways agency too !!
@looneyirish007 Its a RETARD when cars are going the WRONG way! hehehe And plus thats a girls name they use for "truck", Now dont you think thats retarded? LOL LOL LOL
@fueledbymusic3 don't you mean its retarded when the cars are going the wrong way,
we have many words for trucks, id go for artic if i was to use it,
its not the wrong way, as driving on the left or right doesn't deem it wrong or right,
we have toilets in ireland older than america itself, ireland, japan, uk, australia, new zealand, india, hong kong, actually 5o countries drive on the left side, true its only 28% that drive on the left, but we like being different, we don't like to be common
You probably right. I'm passing this junction almost every day and to be honest it is a bit confusing, but in this case the driver could be at fault as well, for example trying to overtake or so. But it still doesn't change the fact about that junction.
if that was bad engineering it would be a case of every lorry crashing there, how many lorries pass this everyday and the same fate not happen to them
Actually that was the forth that year in the same spot. It was just because the load spilled onto the motorway underneath that it made headlines. Ive heard that the cops are trying to get the council to do something with it.
@pamustard08 speed restrictions, ive seen drivers pelt around it, comming off the m5o at an incorrect speed and hauling a full load, gravity will take over,,
Wow, Irish bbc reporters are pretty low budget
