I see in your info that it says that you're using a 1/2 serving of protein a day. I just want to let you know you gotta crank it up bro! The rule of thumb for wanting to pack on major muscle is at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. Me, I'm EXTREMELY slacking right now, but I take in at least 150grams a day when you include my pre and post workout met rx bars, my 10 egg whites a day, and my other meals. Im seeing gains like crazy to bro, so you should really consider upping it

if i was you when ever you do chest just pish harder on your week side,dumbells would probly be the best bet.
