Would be surprised that it could be a US Welte system (licensee) ... The roll is above the keyboard, not in a drawer, and Bechstein is a typical german piano maker, like Welte for the reproducing system. Why would they have made such a curious adaptation. Isn't it a green Welte system, playing a standard 88 notes roll, which could explain the dynamics problem ?

I agree! the song is nice but, the instrument is very bad regulated.
