@PriitzZz14 about W890i..try changing the internet streaming default profile/setting from (WAP) to (WEP)

@PriitzZz14 "do I have to create new?"> no you don't create a new profile..just choose the "WEB" not "WAP" profile from installed profiles (the installed profiles are profiles installed by your operator through setting messages, that in most cases is received upon you joining internet service)

@foul1278 Sorry to tell you but it doesn't come with WiFi...I used to use my 3.5G connection and it offered my great experience. By the way look for an unlimited data plan if your operator supplies one. It's gonna be by far better XD

Yet, you got look which is better a SE phone or a Nokia one...you could also pick the cheaper one :)

@slaverb2 i prefer w890i (not only w890i but all sony ericsson mobile) cus their camera mostly all are 3.2 mega pixel and the song quall is so good

I have had this phone for over 1 year and I have this little problem. My phone just turn itself off and then turns on again sometimes. Someone have this prob too? Please replay?? (Otherwise it's a great phone)

every body i speak to tells me this phone is very bad.. it looks nice but the software does not work propley.. most people say they only have it for like 3-4 months the it starts to break but keep on turn mobile off and no network coverage.. please get bk to me i need to know...?

Well to tell you the truth every lot of products have some defected products...But yet there is warranty. From my point of view it's a great phone its only disappointment is no WiFi :S

It sure does, a movie on this with a 320 pixels wide is about 150MB...It plays smoothly and the sound quality is great

I remember on one of my trips by train I watched "Brave heart" also couple of other long videos

I don't know about the Nokia 5310, but I there is one thing for sure Battery life...which inspite watching long time videos keep its energy :D

Had the same problem. Restarting during phone calls and sometimes during listening to music. Went to the store and got it replaced and now it works flawlessly.

Its just a matter of luck to have one in your area who can provide an unlimited plan..

Yea it's a downside...but with an unlimited data plan you could solve the issue specially that you have a 3.6 Mbps on the phone :D

Yeah, but that's still a bit too expensive for someone who's not really using the internet on his mobile really much :-)

I really like the aluminium design and after a bit long time I got used to the very small buttons but I really think the phone is slow (especially when you browse music files).

the only problems with my w890 is it restarts ramdomly. i got it from o2... the the 1st time i went back to them they sent it from repair, the 2nd time they replaced it.

now its the 3RD TIME!!!! the guy said he'll see what he can do (get a different phone)

Its up to your network service provider..Try changing your subscribtion to another network using your same number...

My network doesn't charge me. So my guess is that they propably won't charge you..

Very bad...I knew that before I bought it but if you are a big fan of Sony Ericsson head-phones like me you wouldn't need that....

Back to topic..the speaker has a better quality than Nokias' but its volume is much lower..:D

The W960i lacks 3.5G (HSDPA 3.6Mbs), EDGE the video rec quality is less, the memory is fixed and most of all its huge size.

On the other side to be fair the touch screen is interesting, autofocus, LED flash and Document editor.

But don't forget the W960i price is higher

That will do it...if there is 3.5G in your area your phone will show a small H on the top right and the internet speed will jump to 3.6 MB/s

Probably the "Streaming settings" is not set right...try resetting it with proper "Mobile connections"
