i don't think you can tune tuners 'cause it says 1 Tuner + 1 or more EARTH monsters, it doesn't say 1 or more tuners, it's obviously that you can't tune tuners, the only card that you can actually tune tuners(for now) is Scar-Red Nova Dragon which is jack's card(burning soul ability).
