@darkaustin300 Get a CR, YZ or KX 2-stroke. Theyre cheap ($700-$1500), light and they'll do the job. Just dont forget to keep up with maintainance; the CRF230 has little to none. Once you get an MX bike you have to keep up[ with it or youll mess it up. Change oil and filter, repack silencers, ALWAYS keep air filter clean, check spark plugs for fouling, check top end for wear, adjust valves(if you get a 4-stroke)
