  • I thought there was an offer for a flashlight that went with this commercial. I know this commercial.

  • I remember this commercial from back in the days. Good times.

  • I always liked these commercials but the first time I tried smacks I almost heaved

  • did i go back in time cuz i have a box of smacks right here

  • What year did Frank Welker become the voice of Dig Em?

  • I've never had smacks but I remember my aunt ALWAYS having a box in her pantry...

  • i remember watching this commercial a year ago here on youtube and i'm surprized to find only two comment s have been posted since then.

  • What year is this from?

  • What is a "complete breakfast"? Hmm?

  • I totally forgot about the cat antagonist in these commercials! Oh man, this reminds me of being like 8.

  • Jeez... When I was 8, they were still called Sugar Smacks (before being changed to Honey Smacks).

  • They where renamed Honey Smacks briefly in the mid-80s, but then they were just "Smacks" for like a decade. Now they're Honey Smacks again. (marketing must be a bitch!) But now I'm older and wiser and just buy generic anyway. :D

  • the guy who voices the frog, I think, voices Iccus from AAaahh Real monsters. PS: At least that cat has eight more lives left! LOL

  • Actually the man who voices the frog is Frank Welker the man who is responsible for voicing Freddy Jones from Scooby Doo, Hefty Smurf, Orbity from the Jetsons, Dr. Claw, and many others!

  • lets not forget megatron!

  • Definatly MegaTron!!! He was awesome in Transformers. He also did Kermit and Skeeter on the Muppet Babies too!
