  • Great video, thanks!

  • awesome vid.. Love it.. Hey, what kind of meat do you buy for this?

  • @Deerector I'm halfway through a German master butchery course, so if you want some tips on meat selection for sausage making, send me a message. I'd be happy to help you! If not, just stick with the pork shoulder with 15-20% pork back fat for coarse ground sausages (like bratwurst) or leg (ham) trimmings with 15-40% back fat for emulsified sausage (like Knockwurst)

  • :-), thanks

  • Great job with the video and the sausages. Loved it.

  • @Cruzmeister thanks so much :D

  • hahaha that's awesome but ramdom that's why i like it

  • we dont put sesami seads and we put big cunchs of salt well

  • @selenaroks Probably not sesame seeds - most likely it was fennel, common in Southern American sausages

  • I just bought this kitchenaid attachement today. It was kind of hard to stuff the sausages, but it worked. You guys made it look so easy. You had a wooden "stuffing" tool. The one that came with mine was plastic.

  • We bought that one separately, it does work better. We had some trouble with the blade at first, but then it was pretty easy. Thanks so much, I love getting comments! Enjoy your sausages!

  • Do you all make one long strand, and the twist, or do you twist them off as you go? Seems like when I tried doing it after, the casing would break.

  • Yes, that is what we did in this video. Maybe ours was in the casing not as close together?

  • Any chance you want to share your recipe? ?

  • If I find it lol :D

  • Darn Now I'm hungry!

  • lol thx

    it was yummy

  • THanks. i know but it tasted really good!

  • haaaa!!! Good job it was kinda gross 2!!!
