there is an easy way i invented this object so this is how it works you put sponges on the side of drawers or cabinets etc and when you close them they dont make a sound hope it helped

Blum's TANDEM plus BLUMOTION runners are a "Made in the USA" product. They are made in a plant just north of Charlotte, NC. I would suggest testing any brand of runner yourself before using them in a job. Build a drawer to the manufacturer specs, test how the drawer runs and then start adding weight. Also remember to test the runner to it's DYNAMIC load rating rather than the STATIC.

I agree, the Hettich Quatro is the best, mounted side by side the Quatro will always win, the Quatro is a progressive slide and the Blum gets it's roll from a wheel inside the

slide. The Blum only ball bearings on one side of the rail. The Quatro has ball bearings on the top and bottom. Blum has done a better selling job, and when the Quatro 1st came out Hettich only made it in milimeters. Blum made the Tandem in

inches, that's when they jumped ahead.

There is a better slide than either coming.

Yes, Grass and Blum both are Austrian companies, but the are buying under mount slides from China. The only under mount not made in China, now is the Hettich Quatro. Blum was made in Austria when it 1st came out, but the pricing was not completive. The 1st undermount has made in Germany. The Hettich under mount came out 10 years before the Blum tandem, but they did a poor job selling it. Grass, and Mepla both are now German owned. Pricing on undermounts range from $12 to $25. I sell 3 brands

In my personal opinion, which should be taken as good advice as well as opinion, the hettich quatro undermount slides are the top of the soft closure drawer industry. That is based on not only the closure but the adjustment for drawer fronts. Blum however does carry the best side mount soft closures that do a great job in their own right for less price that the quatro

are these Blue Motion? or another name? We use the Blue Motion brand and they function the same.

I think you mean Blum Motion.I can't tell from the video. There about 8 or 10 slides that soft close, and none of them are made in the United States. The majority of these slides are made in the same plant in China. They all come down the same line and go in boxes with a different name on it. Blum has their machinery over there, but Blum, KV, Accuride,Grass ,Vitus ,Futaba all come out of the same plant in China. The only Undermount made elsewhere is the Quatro, and it made in Germany.

Incorrect. Blum's TANDEM plus BLUMOTION runner is made in their Stanley, NC plant and qualitfies as a "made in the USA" product. Check their website.
