omg... :/ but at least you have the (condifence?) that you will get the data, coz that process if it fails (i know you will be pissed as hell), but you can sue them for millions ;) and you can live now without working :P hehe, but for real, good luck dude ;) i hope you get the best solution ;)

My hard disc recently messed up (im on a friends laptop at the momment) All my university files are gone inculding commision designs that are worth money, I called a service like this they were going to charge me £400.00 and thats not including VAT!!
