Not sure if Issues is their absolute best. That 1st LP is still hard to beat. But, this is definitely the top tune off this LP. Too bad they fell off in such a big way after this one. If they had hooked-up with Rick Rubin for either of their 2 LP's after this one, maybe things wouldn't have gone downhill for them so quickly after Summer Sanitarium 2000.
