yes LORD........My grandmother use to sing these songs all the time but now im of age to understand......Train up the ways to the child and he will not depart from it......These songs have gotten me through a lot of tough times and I will always be a fan of quartet singers..esp. these boys right here!!!!!

Same here, grew up in Huntsville, AL with momma playing the likes of Willie Neal Johnson & the Gospel Keynotes, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Teddy Huffam & the Gems and so many others. Now, I'm 41 and saved and understand the music now myself. It's all about lifting up the name of Jesus, BUT.......quartets did it sooo smooooooooooooooooth!!!!!
