It's like Dean thinks Sam's trying to comfort him and is annoyed by it, when really Sam's going through just as bad a time and NEEDS his bro more than ever right now...and Dean is totally shutting him out...Sam wants Dean to express emotion so he doesn't feel so alone.....that's my interpretation. =P
