@tlaborn I have never been able to eat turkey bacon. It's too stiff for me. I heard from Dr. Oz's show that Turkey Bacon is unhealthier than regular bacon...the salt content is through the roof.

Snacking on almonds, fruit dry or fresh will help curb the cravings for sweets, not eliminate but will help :)
