    Snacking on almonds, fruit dry or fresh will help curb the cravings for sweets, not eliminate but will help :)

  • Krystel, you did awesome!! Your distance will increase day by day!! Just take an extra ten steps each day!!

  • You can do it! Just keep at it, surround yourself with healthy stuff, and collect healthy recipes. Slowly but surely you can do it.

  • Breakfast looked good...but add some turkey bacon to it! plus eat every 3 hours!!!

  • @tlaborn I have never been able to eat turkey bacon. It's too stiff for me. I heard from Dr. Oz's show that Turkey Bacon is unhealthier than regular bacon...the salt content is through the roof.
