I'd like to point out that most Mercedes-Benz customers today are Chinese, and the biggest importer to the US is China. (Maybe there are large gaps in social class in China.) I know what you're saying though: that a Lexus could be for a woman; it's not totally masculine like an Audi. Japanese men like to wear feminine sandals. I'd go for a classic Silver Spur, the last one before Volswagen acquired Rolls Royce, or a present day Bentley. Well, I'm not rich though.

Why buy a 80,000$ lexus thats built by toyota? Lexus feel cheap and less solid than their european counterparts. Just shut the doors on an audi or mercedes and feel the solidity of the interior. Also the German cars companies lead in automobile technology.Lexus just copies them.Thats not cutting edge to me.If your spending all that money you might as well get the real thing instead of a copy.

They feel less premium,less dynamic, and less well-built than German and some other european cars but then again they are cheaper.
