@shepherd1231 Go to the playground when nobody else is there and play on those fireman poles. Unless someone decided they're too dangerous and had them banned lol. But if you can get to one, you'd be able to to climb and learn a few spins, depending on the space around the pole itself. Not that great, but you'd be ahead of the game later. I assume you're school-age, so if there's a gymnastics class, it'd be helpful to your future poleness. Gymnasts are always badass even on their first day.

Very well done. I could do that, but only much faster with a great big THUD as I hit the ground thus providing a massive bump on the back of my head and a sprained ankle followed by a standing ovation, then a boot out the door. But I'm a guy so what do I know? Great video, thanks for demonstrating that technique.

We call that move 'dizzy'. You need to hook the back of your left leg onto the pole though then throw yourself back, or else you won't spin.

its more like you need to fall back around your leg and the pole than 'die', you still need some control of your body
