It would make me feel a whole lot better, if when policemen mistreated people, they were given the same treatment as punishment. This video looks ridicules but the officer probably suspected the driver to be on some sort of narcotic, and he could have gone from defensive to violent in an instant. when he was in the car, he could have tried to take off and hit someone in a panic. When he was on the side of the car he could have lunged forward and pushed the officer into the highway with cars driving by. The only thing i see this cop doing wrong is not saying "or I will taser you" at the end of every command.
