FCS is already been replaced by BCT Ground Combat Vehicle Program. The reason US Secretary of Defense cancel FCS ground vehicles program because it was too expensive. All FCS Active Subsystems like UAV, Robots, & other are part of BCT program. The BCT/GCV are replacing M113 APC by 2018, the M2 Bradley later, and the Stryker ICV in the midterm. BCT/GCV already design Infantry Fighting Vehicle and now working on second design GCV. Also probably make more design. The GCV are cheap to built

The Military-Industrial Complex is actually bad. It encourages corruption in the government officials who lean towards laws that favor defense companies and the "Industry". Hell, Dick Cheney is Chairman of Halliburton, a oil company that got a couple billion from dealings in Iraq and Afghanistan. robots are getting smaller, better, more resistant and cheaper. They will be able to go where soldiers can not go and go in dangerous places and stuff. Actually one country already use robots after an earthquake, I don't remember wich one but I know it hapenned.
