  • 2:53 - 2:57 I can see Lester saying in response, "Well, it all depends! Don't you ever get tired of being a jerk?"

  • 3:06 - 3:13 I can see Adam Jeffries (Lester) saying in response, "If there's any justice left in this world, do me a favor and lower his salary!"

  • 4:09 - 4:18 My favorite line in the whole episode. I miss you, Nancy!

  • 2:16 - 2:38

"Honey, will you shut up?" gave me an idea.

Ron is saying, "As I was saying..." Sooner or later, Ellen interrupts him and says, "Wait a minute, wait a minute! Didn't I ask you to shut up?" And Ron says, "Yes, you did!" And Ellen says, "Well, why aren't you doing it?" And Ron deliberately replies, "Because you forgot to say 'please!' (Ron stretches word out for comic effect.) "

    (continues on other post)

  • After a beat, Ellen says, "Oh, I'm sorry, honey! All right, I'll try it again! Honey, will you 'please' shut up?" After a few seconds of silence, she says, "Thank you!" and resumes talking. Ron interrupts her and loudly says, "I'll think it over!" Ellen replies, "Fine! Do that!" Ellen resumes talking and Ron interrupts her again and loudly says, "I've thought it over!" Ellen replies, "Wonderful!"

    (continues on third post)

  • She resumes talking and Ron interrupts her for the third time and loudly says, "And my decision to this rather baffling predicament is simply of the most...!"

After Ron says 'simply,' Ellen loudly interrupts and yells, "Ron!" Ellen's yelling causes Ron to say, "All right, all right!" Ellen says, "All right!" Ron says, "All right!" Ellen says, "All right." Ron says, "All right." About a second later, Ron whispers to one of his kids, "I always did hate being dominated by a woman!"

    THE END

  • While the principal is standing on the table, I can see somebody saying, "Great! Now all you've got to do is paint yourself red, white, and blue and we'll salute you!"

  • I WANT THIS ON DVD. I LOVED THIS SHOW. LOVED LESTER, what a hilarious kid.

  • Sugar and spice

  • It sucks, the way this episode ended. Where was the resolution?

Who she married and how she lives her life is no ones business. She's grown and should entertain no flack about it. *BUT*, the instant she invited the class into her home, she also invited, and must deal with the thoughts, prejudices, agendas and understanding of "others" (be it good or bad). Compromise is key. Have the husband come to the class, instead. #problemsolved

  • why was this canceled

  • Thanks for uploading this. I loved watching this back in the day. This took me back. :-)

  • Great episode! This is a prime example of how children often have kinder hearts than adults. It shows how humans aren't born with hatred. It is a charateristic that we acquired from environmental influences as we grow older.

I imagine that one of the primary reasons this show wasn't a huge success was because of its taboo nature. Maybe today, it would cut the muster, but in 1991........

  • I still remember watching this episode when it originally aired. My mom's a Kindergarten teacher and was appalled when the child called her teacher by her 1st name... hehehe

  • What city is that at 0:00 or 0:01? Philly?

  • @bashir1980 Baltimore (Sorry if I was two years late!)

  • "What's so bad about marrying a dentist?" lol. I hate the mum, though.

  • Let's not forget "Get A LIfe", Chris Elliott was the G.O.A.T.

  • i wish they wouldve explored(written) more of the girl reaction to how unintelligent her mom was

That last little part of the last scene was powerfull. There's only a problem b/c the mom(racist people) created one.

Yea wouldve prob. been a very helpful show to our society if stayed on. Tsk Tsk.

Thx uploading this and all the other oldies been watching all these for the last couple of days.

  • Thanks for watching!

  • i wanted to fuck the redhead when i was a kid

  • FOX Sunday Nights were the best with Parker Lewis and True Colors. I always wondered why these shows didn't last that long especially for a new network

  • There needs to be more shows that write about interracial families living together in harmony. Not this garbage being shown today.

Sidenote: "Parker Lewis Can't Lose" was also another great show.

  • I LOVED Parker Lewis Cant Loose! it was kidn of like a TV sequel to the movie "Ferris Buellers Day off" I watched every episode and I often wondered if they would put this on DVD.

These Shows of the 90's were the last of the really good TV shows. Some of the shows that are on NOW are ok. but these shows I really loved and raised awareness.

I long for those days :(

  • @Mahlercougar Parker Lewis can't lose was absolutely the seuel to Ferris Bueller unlike Ferris Bueller the tv series.

  • Excellent episode!!!!!!

Parker Lewis was the joint as well!!lol

  • Wow..you ain't jokin ATLien. I remember this show but not in a million years would I have remembered the name. Brownsugar ...you on top of it!
